To return an order for refund
If you have received goods which are not of satisfactory quality or not as described, or if you have simply changed your mind, you may return the goods to us for a full refund. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of receipt.

PLEASE NOTE:

• It is not possible to return personalized items unless there is an error made by the manufacturer or by Ichiban International.
• Sale items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• All orders are inspected for manufacturer’s defect prior to shipment.

Here is how to return an item:

1. Complete the Return Note, received with the goods.

2. Include your completed Return Note in the parcel with the goods being returned.

3. Take the parcel to a Post Office. We advise you to obtain a Certificate of Postage, which should be retained until the refund is processed.

4. Address your parcel as follows:

5. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed.

6. Postage costs for all postal returns are payable by the customer.

7. Pack all return items with original packaging.
