Hand embroidered directly onto the chest of your Karate Suit.
If you wish another emblem to be embroidered, please e-mail Ichiban, immediately after your order, requesting the other emblem.
ie. JKA, KenShuKai etc. etc.
• Order now and have your emblem embroidered with your suit order.
• Have your suit and emblem order delivered within 8 weeks.
• All orders are carefully checked to ensure that they are as the customer ordered.
• Ichiban will notify you when your order is despatched so that you know when to expect it.
• We have tried to keep the prices down as much as possible and give a quick service.
• The postage also includes insurance for loss/damage.
• For some international destinations, there is no compensation for loss/damage.
• However Ichiban International will inform you if your country falls into this category and we will recommend alternative delivery option eg. DHL courier.
• Please notify us immediately if it does not arrive at your address at the expected time (allowing few extra days).
• With delivery times as stated by the shipping company. We cannot guarantee to be exact.
• Orders will be despatched on the same day, from stock, if received before 2pm Monday-Thursday,
to arrive the next working day (*8-6pm).
• Orders placed after 2pm Thursday will arrive on the following Monday.
• Orders placed after 2pm Friday & over the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday.
• Please note that weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
• Please understand that these orders are made for you.
• Once completed, the Manufacturer and Ichiban will be unable to resell them.
• As a result it is not possible to return personalized items.
• We cannot accept returns even if you order a ready-made size suit with the emblem.
• Cancellations may be accepted up to 24 hours after ordering.
• After 24 hours the manufacturer has already started to make the order and cancellation is not possible.
• Returns and Refunds will only be accepted in case of manufacturing defect of the karate suit or belt or an error has been made by Ichiban International.
• Please note that all orders are inspected for manufacturer’s defect prior to shipment.
• You are responsible for giving us the correct measurements and sizes.
• Ichiban will take no responsibility for mis-measurements made by the customers.
